What a thoughtful and kind gesture, Louise. It is a horrible story and I feel every ounce of pain in Erika's words. I'm lucky that I always plan my trips around a kiddo being home with my babies although I know that won't last forever. When my daughter came back from Paris recently, I swear I was more worried about her kitty while she was away since she had to rely on a complete stranger recommended by a vet to feed her. All was ok, thank goodness.
