Well, that's the other thing - I don't know what NZ is like, hence me taking leave without pay. I doubt it could be worse though!!

I failed to mention we have at least 3 abandoned cars in the supermarket parking lot that I know belong to tenants but their owners have disappeared off the radar. One has not moved for over a year; the other two in at least 6 months...
