To be honest, James, I had no idea what the heck it was, but a gf has said it was the talk on social media so I plugged in a random search on google and voila!

You had the right idea about how to live here; I refuse to live too far from a metro station and a must have is a garage or off street parking. My work thankfully has a parking lot but some of the hospital parking is awful so I dread when I go on stage with students and have to navigate the snow banks to find a park. Another good reason why I have an SUV!
