This is outrageous! I am impressed that you keep your cool when the messages are continuously mixed or wrong. I know there's that no verbal aggression policy but this is exactly why people lose it and lash out verbally.

Do you have an ombudsman at the hospital? I seriously recommend involving them and complaining. What you are going through is highly unacceptable.
