The same thing happened on one of my replies to a popular writer's story. I could tell right away it was cloned because of the content -and there was no AUTHOR title attached to it. When I clicked on the cloned profile it only had 2 followers compared to his thousands. I did manage to screenshot and report him. I fear the problem is so virallant, Medium having a hard time keeping up.
