Thank you Adrienne, for reminding me about Airbnb! I spent another 2 hours sleuthing their site and found a nice one 7 mins from my daughter and saves me $600. Plus, I didn't have to cough up all the money right away AND it's free, fully refundable cancellation until mid Feb. WAY better than any hotel I was looking at. My daughter also went to one of the hotels to see if she could score a deal and at least she could get a room but it was 1500 Euros for a week!!! EEEK!
