Oh my, can I relate to your introductory sentences. As a teacher in Vocational education, I see students continue the path they carved in high school; the attitude, the behaviour and absenteeism. They are not ready to make things better but trudge the same road.

Yet, others have lived and learned: are tired of working mundane jobs and want something that feeds their souls and inspired them to put their feet to the floor when the alarm goes off each morning.
