Moi? Pretty? Aw, shucks! Bite me!

This photo cracks me up every time I see it!

Kyra is my friend’s dog, and despite being a little rambunctious, how could you possibly get grumpy with her when she throws that celebrity-type grin back at you?

Complete with the cocked head, Kyra’s smile screams delight. If she had a long flowing coat, I’d expect she’d have flung it over her shoulder as she pulled the pose!

If you’re thinking, ‘I’ve seen this pic before,’ you are not wrong. Last year, I used it as my cover shot for a short form story over at the lovely Daily Cuppa when I’d discovered how to do the symbol © on my Mac.

I felt pretty pleased with myself, and Kyra’s smile oozed precisely how I was feeling.

Vidya Sury is the lady behind this latest challenge at the Six-Word photo story pub. Her Medium name also includes the words ‘Collecting Smiles,’ and that is precisely what she is doing this month.
