It must've been so hard to embrace a whole new world as a 16-year old - let alone learn a new language. I struggled moving from an English country to an English/French city. At least I still could use my native tongue the newness of it all.

You also reminded me about how I pictured the USA as a child; that everything there was way cooler than down under. On my first visit there (Los Angeles) I couldn't wait to get home!
