I'm shocked you have responded Tony - and very much appreciate it! From what I gather in the comments attached to this story I am not the only one a little frustrated. It really takes so much more time to find favourite writers now the circles have been abandoned. It was such a quick and easy reference tool, especially since I loathe a full inbox with subscription stories.

Additionnally, I now realise that the 'following' tab is not related to writers but publications. The 'for you' tab is random stories from unknown writers, picked by the algo. So, ditching the circles thwarts the crime of favouritism...

Hope you can rethink that one... :)
