I'll be frank and say that I think that general manners and etiquette with anything these days seems to have disappeared.

I completely get where you are coming from, even though I am not an editor and very new to this game.

Too right putting those who are forgetful or thoughtless to the bottom of the list - or the big' X'.

Appreciate reading about the other side of the fence, even if it seemed common sense (and manners) to me at least :)
