I would have thought so. Isn't the idea of blocking someone so that you don't fall into temptation of writing something nasty of their scribes that irritate you?!

Personally, there are a few writers who rub me up the wrong way but I'd rather keep them under watchful eye to see what garbage is coming out of their fingers!!
