I think it's a great idea. I still have my editing rights at the Daily Cuppa, even though I haven't been doing so for a while. It just saves Katie some time; she allows me to publish mine when I write.

Howver, I still get all the notifications about what has been submitted which is a bit of a pita so maybe add that to the list of permissions that only editors and owners have lol!
