I teach in voc ed so - for the most part- our teachers are the same. We don't see an influx of newbies each new year. In fact, we are so desperate for teachers, whenever there is a new one we're all over them like a rash, trying to help out in whatever way we can to keep them.

A poignant story though - epecially teaching adults. Ice breakers are key!
