I saved the message I sent to my friends saying my mum had passed. I was really annoyed when my carrier deleted it. They knock off messages after a year of inactivity in the message thread.
So I completely understand not erasing your whiteboard…
Adjusting to not doing those things that your days revolved around will take time.
