I left them months ago but never had any issues getting my money from them ( although not as much was involved, admittedly!) although I got nervous when Stripe sent me a message saying they were renowned for not paying... that set some alarm bells off.

I'm also dubious of any company that begs you to come back offering you 3 months of free membership - after you leave. Not for me.
