I had not heard this news and I am stunned. Probably a bunch of old guys sitting around an oval desk with the token women being outnumbered in a vote. I only say that because no woman in their right mind would ever agree to such stupidity.
And they likely went off to a fancy restaurant to celebrate, at our expense -given the WHO is funded from its member states- and sunk a few beers and wines for their hard work tabling this garbage.
