I can't believe how much money young ones spend on ONE day now...it concerns me! WHen I got married back in 1993, we did it with style but within a budget. My grandmother - who had been to many weddings before ours - remarked it was one of the loveliest she had attended. Her comment made my day.

I've only been to seven weddings believe it or not. Two were this year and both very different. The most memorable was one in Ottawa with a Newfie bride; it was the first time I'd heard or witnessed being screeched in!
