Great point. I will say, if a pub hasn't picked up my story after 3 days I pull it, especially when time sensitive. As owner of a pub myself - all-be-it snoring mostly - time is of the essence. Our dear Katie here recognizes the need to publish asap hence has a bunch of editors working with her.
