Forbidden because of not living in a country that has the stripe access?

I'm not exactly reaping benefits over there - quite the opposite in fact. I find that if you don't make it to the top story then you just get lost and I hate not being able to comment on writers work. But if it was all that was on offer I would be more active there for sure.
