Everything in moderation. What has been the human failure is overindulging and all those additives that make food look and taste good but are horrible on our digestive system.

Furthermore, breasts were made to feed our babies: they produce the right amount, consistency and nutrients to sustain life for the first 6 months at a minimum.

But then the good ol' consumer market produced a so-called replica of breastmilk - but it never was, and never will be. The moment a baby ingests artificial formula, the gut flora changes. Artificially fed babies have a higher incidence of a plethora of health issues from otitis media to crohn's disease.

But we ignore all that and still shove formula down newborns throats because it's easier and mommy has a life. ARGH!!!!
