Ah - the DSM-5 that denied war Vets support because PTSD wasn't a recognized disorder...

From what I've heard, a lot of mentally ill patients with psychotic illnesses that have rendered their incarceration often re-offend because they're not fulfilling their prescriptions on release - or decide not to take the drugs as they dislike the side effects (such as erectile dysfunction)
